Project Recommendations
Pre-Production
Creative meeting, production team build
Production
One half-day shoot (on-location) for training presentation videos
Crew: one camera operator, grip/director, producer
Post-Production
Full post team (editor, colorist, audio mixer) for three :15-:20 training presentation videos (QB, Fan, Coach) and one :15-:20 summary video.
** Deliverable comes with one client revision per video – additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate**
Total: $5,000
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement (Agreement) is entered into this 1st day of April, 2024, by and between Scheels, and Grassfire | Productions, an independent contractor (Contractor), in consideration of the mutual promises made herein, as follows:
Term of Agreement:
This Agreement will become effective upon delivery, and will continue in effect until the project’s completion.
Services to be Rendered by Contractor:
Contractor agrees to provide the following deliverables:
three :15-:20 training presentation videos and one :15-:20 summary video
Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be performed by Contractor, Corporation agrees to pay Contractor the amount listed below, broken down as follows:
- $5,000 due at time of agreement (projects totals less than $10k require full payment at time of agreement)
Work will begin once payment is received, & should the scope of work change, a revised quote will be submitted.
If the project sits idle for 30 days once underway, the project will be re-bid and any down-payment will not be refunded.
Tools and Instruments:
Contractor will supply all tools, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services under this Agreement.
Termination of Agreement:
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, either party hereto may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Once underway, if the Corporation cancels the agreement, the initial down payment will not be refunded.
