Total: $58,382
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement (Agreement) is entered into this 11th day of March, 2024, by and between Navy SEAL Foundation, and Grassfire | Productions, an independent contractor (Contractor), in consideration of the mutual promises made herein, as follows:
Term of Agreement:
This Agreement will become effective upon delivery, and will continue in effect until the project’s completion.
Services to be Rendered by Contractor:
Contractor agrees to provide the following deliverables:
Depending on the option chosen, either:
(1) full length Gold Star Family narrative piece, (1) cutdown Gold Star Family narrative piece, (1) Motion Graphic NYC swim piece, (1) NYC Swim recap / sizzle piece
– OR –
(1) full length Gold Star Family narrative piece, (1) cutdown Gold Star Family narrative piece, (1) Motion Graphic NYC swim piece
Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be performed by Contractor, Corporation agrees to pay Contractor the sum below, broken down as follows:
• Regardless of option chosen, 10% of total is due upon agreement. Half of the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event, & the remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the final product.
Purchase Terms
- 10% of total is due upon agreement. Half of the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event, & the remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the final product.
- Work will begin once first payment is received.
- Should the scope of work change, a revised quote will be submitted.
- If the project sits idle for 30 days once underway, the project will be re-bid and the first half payment will not be refunded (if applicable)
Tools and Instruments:
Contractor will supply all tools, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services under this Agreement.
Termination of Agreement:
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, either party hereto may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Once underway, if the Corporation cancels the agreement, the initial down payment will not be refunded.
