Pre-Production

** Each deliverable comes with two client revisions – additional revisions will be charged at our standard hourly rate**

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
This Independent Contractor Agreement (Agreement) is entered into this 20th day of March, 2024, by and between Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, and Grassfire | Productions, an independent contractor (Contractor), in consideration of the mutual promises made herein, as follows:
Term of Agreement:
This Agreement will become effective upon delivery, and will continue in effect until the project’s completion.
Services to be Rendered by Contractor:
Contractor agrees to provide the following deliverables:
Two 2-3 minute stories
Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be performed by Contractor, Corporation agrees to pay Contractor $15,993, broken down as follows:
• $7,996.50 down-payment at time of agreement – $7,996.50 prior to final delivery
Work will begin once first payment is received, & should the scope of work change, a revised quote will be submitted.
If the project sits idle for 45 days once underway, the project will be re-bid and the down-payment will not be refunded.
Tools and Instruments:
Contractor will supply all tools, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services under this Agreement.
Termination of Agreement:
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, either party hereto may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Once underway, if the Corporation cancels the agreement, the initial down payment will not be refunded.
